The Simply Hired Job App on Facebook

This feature allows you to network with people who work at the hiring company rather than just blindly apply to it.

After you’ve integrated Simply Hired with your Facebook account by visiting Simplyhired and clicking the Login with Facebook button at the bottom of the page, you can use Simply Hired not only as a normal job board but also as a list of your Facebook friends to see who works or used to work at the companies you’re searching for.

When you find someone you know who works at a company you may want to target, Simply Hired lets you send that person a private Facebook message. You can also see your list of friends organized by company. On the Where Your Friends Work page, you can see interesting statistics about your network as well as Simply Hired’s suggestions for a good search.

Simply Hired is one of the best services available for job seekers because it’s been willing to adopt social media early on and it doesn’t assume that everyone wants to simply apply to every job on its site. Simply Hired makes networking easier.
