8 ounces feta cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper
With a fork, crumble the feta in a medium bowl.
Add the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, cumin, and pepper and continue to blend with a fork until everything is mixed.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the spread for several hours.
