Evernote has Mac keyboard shortcut keys to speed up your organization even more. If you're new to the Mac, the Command key has a four-loop symbol, kind of like a clover. (The usual Mac shortcuts, such as Command +C to copy or Command +V to paste also work in Evernote.)
