Finding inspiration for Christmas decorating themes starts right at home. Christmas decorations can get expensive, but not if you first use items you have in the house. For example, look to your interests and hobbies: An antique toy collection could be the foundation of an old-fashioned Christmas theme; and gardeners could showcase botanicals from their yards.
Christmas is one of the few holidays where you can easily decorate each room in a different theme and it all goes together because you have consistent items from room to room.
