8 tablespoons Tofutti cream cheese
8 tablespoons Earth Balance Buttery Spread
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
Using a spoon, beat until combined.
Don’t use a mixer or the frosting will break apart and become oily.
