  • Garnish freely. That doesn't mean a sprig or two of wilted parsley strewn across a plate.   • Embrace chiles. Don't be intimidated by chiles. With a little know-how, you will find that they are easy to work with and extremely healthy and add a wallop of lowfat flavor that will grow on you if you give them a chance.



  • First say yes. Before you automatically say no to a new food or taste experience, think again and take a bite. Remember that it took Europeans about 400 years to figure out what to do with a tomato. Just think of all that great tomato sauce they were missing.
