1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Core, seed, and dice the bell pepper.
Thinly slice the onion.
Mince the garlic clove.
Heat the oil over high heat in a large sauté pan.
Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
Sauté the vegetables 5 minutes or until tender.
Add the potatoes, beef tips with gravy, beef broth, and pepper.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until the potatoes and beef are hot.
Serve immediately.
